Our Mission
L.O.V.E On Purpose is dedicated to serving our community by providing essential resources and spreading the message of hope and faith. We count it all joy in providing spiritual support and resources to local families and the youth and elderly in our community. As we continue our mission spreading the word of God leading one soul at a time into the knowledge of the truth to embrace the unfailing love of God through Christ Jesus the Lord.
While we have been blessed with an outpouring of spiritual support, we are now seeking partners to help build the foundational financial stability required to make this vision a tangible reality. We believe that, through faith and commUNITY action, we can make a significant difference in the lives of those we touch.

Flora M. Skipwith is currently Pastor-Teacher/Founder of {L.O.V.E} Life of Victory Everyday On Purpose. She has served in various capacities in ministry and outreach under the leadership of Apostle Dr. Arthur J. and Pastor Viola Barner.
Elect lady Flora is certainly a gift and had a love for serving in the children’s ministry as Coordinator/Lead Teacher, as well as serving in the position as a Preschool Trainer/Instructor 1 Teacher at Norfolk State University CDL, having over 20 years of Early Childhood Development experience. Having served in this capacity on a state and federal level.
Elect lady Flora is zealous in serving, teaching, and empowering the body of Christ for kingdom living on earth as it is in heaven, and a burden in outreach for the lost.
She holds a Master’s in Divinity, Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Development, and Studied Masters in Pre-Elementary Education. She is a publisher and best-selling author of Inspired Words of Edification & WO-MANOLOGY.
Pastor Flora is an Empowerment & Edifying Speaker, Certified Master Life Coach, Certified Master Transformation Coach, and Certified Purpose Quest Workshop Facilitator. Importantly, Flora is a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
